1. Scope
(1) Energia di colori (hereinafter "Energia") carries out orders via the Internet on the basis of the following General Conditions ("GTC") in the form in effect at the time of your order.
2. Conclusion of the contract
(1) All information on products, product properties and prices is subject to error. The offer is not binding.
(2) After the order has been placed, Energia will first confirm receipt of the order through its agent. You are obliged to report any discrepancies between this confirmation and your order to us. (3) Acceptance of the contract by us only takes place upon delivery of the goods.
3 Cancellation policy
(1) Beginning of the right of withdrawl you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email or by post via a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
(2) Consequences of withdrawl If you withdraw from this agreement, we must reimburse the payment we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawl of this agreement. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. It is necessary to return or deliver the goods to Mr. Christian Oestheimer, Herderstrasse 10, 90427 Nuremberg, Germany, immediately and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the termination of this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The user is only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4 Delivery / postage

(2) As our original works are on their way to exhibitions, our delivery times vary greatly. We will therefore discuss delivery times with you in advance. Energy usually delivers within 1-4 weeks. Lifestyle products are delivered by individual agreement.
(3) You will receive notifications about shipping, packaging and insurance costs.
5 Terms of payment and retention of title
(1) Subject to delivery against payment in advance by bank transfer.
(2) Our prices include the currently applicable German VAT.
(3) The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
6 Warranty and Liability
(1) The warranty is based on the legal regulations, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods, we will initially deliver or repair the goods according to your choice. If the repair fails or if the delivered goods are also defective, you can return the goods for a refund of the full purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price.
